I don't even know where to begin, Julian has gone above and beyond as a realtor, an now close friend. I met Julian maybe a year and a 1/2 prior to buying our home at the time i was pregnant and browsing the market not quite ready to dive in. He kept in contact not just to follow up on our search but to check in on our little one and with that type of care it only felt right to move forward. By the time we bought our house we had shed tears (Me and my husband) together over fallen deals and shared the happy cry when we finally got the "Accepted" confirmation i couldn't be more happy with our decision to work with Julian as he has certainly made the home buying process seamless, i have never felt "pressured" to buy a house and he was not afraid to walk away from a commission if were were not "Fully" satisfied. Julian helped us remain focused on our checklist. I can truly say we found our dream home! Hands down the best i have ever worked with.
